Allon Therapeutics Inc., an early stage biotech company, engaged Epic PR to raise awareness of its company and neurodegenerative drugs with potential investors and the media. We used the company’s graduation to the Toronto Stock Exchange as a hook to launch a proactive media relations program to raise the company’s profile. Epic PR arranged a bell-ringing ceremony to open the day’s trading and a photo opportunity at the TSX with exchange executives. We also executed a series of media briefings with key business media in Toronto and Vancouver that garnered media coverage and culminated in a front page story in the business section of Vancouver’s largest newspaper. To further celebrate the debut, we organized launch parties in both Toronto and Vancouver, inviting key stakeholders. Following Allon’s listing on the TSX, Epic PR oversaw corporate communications and investor relations activities for the company, which included press releases, investor conferences & presentations, website management and communication materials development.
